earlier in the week, my staff placed a catering order when my team hung up the phone. They said that the manager of this particular store was amazing. Very helpful. I picked up the order today and she was the exact same as my staff described her. She listened when the order was taken. Everything was complete in the bag as requested. She gave us five star service if I could make it 10 I would. It's been a long time since I have written a review, let alone get great service. I want to say her name was Michelle again thank you for being amazing. We need more people like you in the world. Businesses would be booming.

For some reason, I was craaaaaving a bagel. And when the coffee shop I was at didn't have any, I decided to stop into an Einsteins since it was the only thing close by me that was still open serving bagels. As a college student, I frequented the Einsteins on campus, but I truly barely have it anymore. I decided to go for my nostalgia and ordered myself a bagel sandwich with turkey and cheese and lettuce and mustard. That was my specialty back in the day. When I went in, it was close to closing time for them so it wasn't super busy. I ordered my sandwich to go and only waited a few minutes before it was ready. Apparently now too they have a rewards program in their app, but I decided not to opt into that as I don't know the next time I'd come in here to be honest. The bagel sandwich hit the spot and did remind me of my college days. So mission accomplished. They really do have some good bagels.

1/4/24 11:30am - First time coming here (walked over to try it because Capriottis stopped serving breakfast) and had a good first experience. I got my food fast, hot, & the quality was good! They even brought it all the way over to my table Would definitely come back. I was nervous because all the bad reviews, so I felt it was important people hear about a good experience too. Customer service was on point, and the 2 guys working behind the counter (were super helpful, patient, & accommodating. I asked for modifications to both the sandwich & drink I ordered, and they didn't make a fuss nor make me feel like a bother for doing that or asking questions. For context, I'm a vegetarian with food sensitivities, plus I have social anxiety (I'm neurodivergent AF lol) so I really appreciate how well they unknowingly handled that, because I'm normally made to feel difficult & inconvenient especially when I request food related accommodations. They had such kind & polite energy. I forgot to take pictures but yall get the point. Just wanted to show some love because good customer service & work ethic is rare these days. I hope yall treat them well, they're doing great. Only thing is the dining area was in need of vacuuming & table bussing thanks to messy customers lol, but everything else was clean & well maintained by staff.

I love this location! The staff are really nice and complimented my hairstyle ;) Quiet lunch 'rush' on a Thursday here and lots of space to spread out and do a little work on my laptop (there is WiFi and a clean bathroom) while I ate.
